gather your gifts.
nurture them and they will nurture you in return.

She Gathers Beauty™️ is an intentional 3 month pathway for those committed to building or strengthening a daily practice of mindfully relating to oneself.

Are you seeking insight and inspiration? Have you been gathering tools for your well-being or for feeling centered? Are you seeking to create the life you truly long to live? This vital group course will allow you to work at your own pace and from the comfort of your home much of the time, with the opportunity to deepen your work in sacred circle with other women twice a month.

She Gathers Beauty™️ is an investment in yourself and the life you long to live. Over the course of 3 months, we support ourselves fully with new tools, community, playfulness, and heart. Through the work done together, we discover how to gather beauty with intention and learn how we long to belong to our lives. This is a practice of devotion to what Mary Oliver calls “your one wild and precious life.”  Cultivating a daily practice is different for each of us. This course will help you access what kind of practice is most helpful and nourishing for your unique gifts, needs, and wants.

What should you expect from She Gathers Beauty™️?

We work with mindfulness, dream work, art, altar building, storytelling, poetry, journaling (visual and/or written word) and guided visualizations. Weekly emails provide guidance, offer teachings and prompts for your practice, and bring daily inspiration. Audio teachings are also provided to further enrich and deepen your internal explorations and inspire more ease and relaxation in your daily life.
