Bare Skin Loves a Revolution

Many spiritual paths and religions claim otherwise. But I believe that the senses unlock the door to the mystery inside... the one that is happening right now...

That inhale and exhale you just took is a beloved consort devoted exclusively to your direct experience of being you ~ whole, holy, and magical. Touch, scent, taste, sound, seeing... all of these lead to the present gift of now.

Fortunately for us, this is a standing invitation. 

Listening to my body to sense what she needs liberates me, and I prefer it over forcing her to submit to the limitations of my mind. 

Lately I have been finding great comfort in flower magic for my body and spirit alike.
