I am currently accepting new clients but space is limited. Sovereignty Sessions are steeped in shamanic healing and are held within a spacious and sacred container of academic scholarship, as well as my training as a Contemplative Psychotherapist. As a Shamanic Practitioner, I engage with the language of soul and the multifaceted support of the spirit world, or my Helping Spirits. Many of the ways we experience suffering and challenge is due to soul illness. I bridge practical with spiritual. My own life has been radically shifted in extraordinary ways from this work. I have witnessed countless others experience game-changing transformation, healing, and empowerment. Some of the ways we might work together are listed below. These sessions are, and feel like, ceremony. You will leave our time together with a deep sense of clarity, understanding, and practical ways to experience your authentic self and the life you’re here to live, with the gifts that you, and you alone, can walk with and share.
