To gather around the fire is an invitation to look into the mirror at what’s alive within—and to be enlivened by the fire in our bones. We long for light in the darkness, forgetting it’s alive and well at the center of us. There’s a powerful, ancient tool that mends the tears inside the fabric of us—stories are strong remedy—helping us create space for the stories we ourselves are already living. I’ll be sharing three medicine stories for the cycles and rhythms we’re in each month—the story might shift according to what my helping spirits deem best at the time. We will engage in our own writing practice and ritual. No experience in either is necessary—only the willingness to let medicine soak into your beautiful heart.
These three sacred virtual retreat afternoons will be an opportunity to retrieve and be infused with light and life force, uncovering your own sovereign medicine story so that you can be attuned to your instinctual nature, your wild desire and life-giving inner sparks, welcoming the grace knocking at your door. We’ll be working with three stories from Women Who Run With the Wolves by one of my beloved teachers, Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes, from whom I have had the great good fortune to learn, including receiving direct instruction about how to bring the teachings from this great book forward and into the lives of those who wish to receive its potent and enduring messages.

Groups & Retreats
I facilitate groups committed to the exploration of the sacred through metaphor and storytelling, archetypes and symbols, dream analysis, creativity, and ritual. Themes such as loss, inspiration, spirituality, relationship, longing, belonging, major life transitions, and the creative process are all doorways into navigating the sacred world of healing. Groups are offered in person, in a beautiful, sacred space, or online, from the comfort of your favorite, cozy spot. I can also travel to other locations to bring the healing and visionary power of group work to you in the privacy of your own home, office, or retreat location.
