Especially a year that asked us all to FEEL everything and undergo a great and vast reset during a global pandemic. SSBE is the culmination of all my expertise and wisdom. It’s also me, greeting you, soul to soul, heart to heart. Because I, too, know what it’s like to dive deep into the dark unknown.

DEAR BEAUTIFUL SOUL, I have gathered all of my experience as a psychotherapist, shamanic practitioner, poet, author, healer, teacher, and guide, and infused this program with every drop of love and nourishment gained from all of these tools. I will introduce you to that numinous sacred space where mystical meets every day, ordinary reality,

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Through an expansive, three month container of deep dive retreats, I will provide rituals of clearing, reclamation, and deep nourishing.

These retreat sessions are an infusion of body/heart/mind/spirit balancing, revitalizing, and integrating with the support and assistance of helping spirits, ancient practices, practical wisdom, divine love, and shamanic medicine.

We will make contact with your wild & holy soul for grace, growth, and evolution.

These sessions will bring to life the signature of your soul’s purpose & the reclamation of your divinity. These sessions are all about soul-crafted pampering and restorative exploration.

Your life is meant to be savored, sumptuous, enjoyed. You are meant to be in alignment with your highest callings, longings, and passions.

Whatever you perceive is lacking from within yourself or out there in Life, we will transmute into a healing story so that you can step into & THRIVE from a place of victory, joy, and deep understanding.

We all long to be seen for who we really are. It’s exhausting to be anything else. Although most of us have spent a good portion, if not all of our lives so far trying to do what we think we “should.” Meanwhile, our light grows dim and dull, and we forget why we came here in the first place.

My gifts are to honor all the ways in which you long. To help you breathe fire back into your life.

I take these gifts very seriously. In fact, they are a great devotion. When I enter into relationship with a client, I enter into what one of my own teachers refers to as a “chalice.” That is to say that this kind of healing work is of benefit not just for you, but for me and my soul’s growth, as well. It is an agreement of the most extraordinary kind.

We both sip from the sacred nectar of the chalice. To support and nourish others in this way is of great importance to me, for I am deeply nourished, as well. I don’t think the path of grace comes any other way, truth be told. We meet our teachers and students, healers and clients because it is of mutual benefit. And that is a very (w)holy relationship to enter into.

Remember, your soul carries a signature unlike any other. When in alignment with that signature, you are available to grace, trust, calling, and the elegance you are. Together, we enter the temple. Together, we experience the myriad benefits of life as ceremony.

Expect to receive many things during our three months together. Including miracles.

YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE a blessing bundle, created by me, with my love, tender care, compassion, and skillful means, made for you, and your beautiful life path. Blessing bundles will organically come together during our time together. You might receive it all at once, or in little offerings along the way. This depends simply on the instruction of my guides, your needs, and our path together as we go along. A blessing bundle might include: a handcrafted anointing oil, blended by me, especially for your needs, aspirations, and healing; a flower essence; a handwritten blessing prayer to be used as a doorway for your practices and integration; an audio recording made especially for you and your journey to deepen into in between sessions; your own unique Spotify playlist; ritual and altar medicine; dark chocolate; holy herbs and smoke; a stone or crystal; and the list really can go on and on.

JUICY DETAILS:

This is a 3-month sacred container for your luscious revitalization with my deep care and tending every step of the way. Three months provides the width and depth needed to celebrate rites of passage with a clear beginning, middle, and end. We will meet 2 times per month, so 6 times in total.

Our first session will be an opportunity to be spacious, curious, nourished, led, and loved. It will be a 3-4 hour retreat. You may want to find a very sacred space for this. Some might want to spend the afternoon in an Airbnb, or some relaxing spot away from home that provides privacy and feelings of luscious expansion. Sometimes a different view can cultivate a really intimate sense of sanctuary. Remember, this time is for you. Let yourself enjoy what feels most juicy, abundant, and special. You are worthy of this and it will be a life-altaring experience you will never forget. Each session thereafter will still be a retreat but shorter in nature. You are invited to create your own ritual around place and comfort. There will be sacred instruction to lean upon in between our time together that will come via audio, video, and email messages.
